There are two security regulations SIRA and PSCOD in the United Arab Emirates. The company, or Transguard, has a license from the PSBD and the SIRA to provide security personnel to private and government organizations.
If you are good at your job and have the qualifications, but come in as a SIRA guard, the company can send you for NSI training, which will later make you a PSCOD guard.
When you become a PSBD guard, you will be paid more and have more benefits than a SIRA guard in Dubai.

As far as I know, mid-level management, such as labor camp or accommodation staff, and supervisory level staff are not good.
They are not listening to the people on the ground, but rather lecturing the security personnel on their own rules and regulations.
Someplace accommodations are not good;
Some employees of this organization say the accommodations are good in some places. On the other hand, accommodations are far away from the duty site that you have to spend 1 hour or more traveling to and from the duty site.
