You are in the right place because I have tried to cover all the positive and negative aspects of the Tansguard group.

  1. Renowned company;

Transgaurd security company is the subsidiary of the Transguard group, which is the largest facility management company in the United Arab Emirates. Although the company operates in a variety of industries, it is best known for its security services.

For the last five years back, the company was in 7th positions at the largest security firm in the United Arab emirates.

However, it has now surpassed G4S in terms of manpower and business. As a result, Trangsguard has risen to No. 1 security firm in the UAE.

  1. Salary;

Numerous businesses in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf region, particularly those in the security sector, pay their employees extremely late.

Certain security firms are unable to pay their employees for two or three months, but this is not the case with Transguard security.

Another aspect of Transguard that I appreciate is the company’s overtime pay policy. It pays a fair overtime rate for each hour in contrast to other companies.

In the UAE, some companies pay marginally more for overtime, while others pay less. When you work for the Transguard Company, you will be paid overtime in accordance with the country’s labor laws.

  1. Accommodations and transportation;

Thransguard group has its own properties such as labor camps and residential buildings for company workers.

Additionally, the company offers accommodation for its employees, so you would not require to pay for transportation or lodging.

If you work in a supervisory or managerial role, you may be eligible for both transportation and lodging allowances.

According to UAE labor law, every company in the United Arab Emirates must provide employees two months of vacation every two years.

When you work for Transguard Company, you will get a two-month vacation every two years with two ways ticket. During the vacation, the company will pay you the basic salary.

If you wish to take a vacation within a year you will do so, but you must pay for your own airfare.

In an emergency, the company expedites your leave and sends you home within a few days.

The company gives you the day off on public holidays, but will pay you overtime according to the country’s  laws if you work on that day.

You will work 12 hours a day, including 8 hours of daily duty and 4 hours of overtime.

You will work six days a week and take one day off. If you work on your rest day as well, you will be compensated for overtime.

  1. Company management;

It is one of the well-managed companies in the United Arab Emirates, and the senior-level employees are more supportive of the peoples who are working on the grounds.

Most of the company’s policies are pro-employee, and the company has a Human Resource Department that works to ensure the employees’ well-being.

As a result, the company is well-managed in the United Arab Emirates, particularly in the security sector.

That is why I advise you to be truthful and hardworking. Even if you start as a security guard in this company, you can become a security manager.

  1. Other benefits

The company provides other benefits like medical insurance, accidental insurance, and end service benefits according to the labor law of the United Arab Emirates.

  1. SIRA to PSCOD;

There are two security regulations SIRA and PSCOD, in the United Arab Emirates. The Transguard, has a license from the PSBD and the SIRA to provide security personnel to private and government organizations.

If you are competent and qualified but arrive as a SIRA guard, the company can send you for NSI training to become a PSCOD guard.

When you work as a PSBD guard in UAE , you can earn more money and get more benefits than a SIRA guard.

These are the advantages of being in Transguard. In general, if you want to work in security field in United Arab Emirates, this is an excellent place to begin.
