A security guard job in Dubai is one of the most sought-after careers for Asian and African nationals. Although there are other Gulf countries that employ private security guards from another country, candidates prefer to go to Dubai for being SIRA security guard.
SIRA is the Security Industries Regulatory Authority, a government agency that has the power to regulate private security companies and guards.
All security companies in Dubai should send their newly recruited security personnel to the SIRA Cadre Academy for training and the applicant can receive a license after completing the course and passing the exam.
The interview is most important for the security guard selection, the company representative or the HR manager is responsible to take the interview in Dubai or the candidates’ home country.
To my knowledge, in the security guard interview, only a few questioned are asked where the interviewers only want to know about the skills, experience, and Candidate’s ability to perform the security tasks in Dubai.
